Steamed Meatball in Hong Kong.

These dim sum steamed meatballs are made with beef, scallions and are served in Worcestershire sauce.  Even though they sound like a pretty simply and standard meatball they by far do not need any spaghetti to make them great.  Consumed in Hong Kong, February 2015.
